Run-on-demand, zero-pressure accumulation technology allows products to accumulate along the entire carrying surface without contact. This ensures the product reaches its destination undamaged and provides precise product control for merging.  

Multi-Level Merging 

Merges are configurable at any 45° of the Spiral’s curve, allowing the product to move on and off the Spiral at multiple vertical levels and along multiple outbound directions.  

Minimal Equipment Footprint

Because CarterSpiral™ Conveyors allow material to be transported between multiple levels, they help reduce equipment footprint and maximize available space in the facility. 

Shipped Fully Assembled 

Standard units are delivered fully assembled allowing for easy integration with existing conveyors.  

Energy Efficient 

Run-on-demand zones - if there is no product in the zone the conveyor goes into an energy-efficient mode.
